New report in preparation: longer-term career development of hbo graduatess
A new HBO-Monitor report is in preparation, focusing on the career development of hbo graduates in the longer term. The report follows alumni who graduated four to eight years ago and shows how their careers have developed since entering the labour market.
By comparing alumni’s current positions with their situation shortly after graduation, the report provides insight into career paths, mobility and professional growth. Special attention is given to lifelong learning and the use of AI at work. The findings offer higher education institutions insights to better align education and support with labour market developments. The report will be published in June.
